About The Bridge Trust

The Trust is one of the largest property owners in Barnstaple until recently the income generated by our Grade II listed historic buildings was partly applied to their upkeep and repair and any surplus given away as grants to organisations and individuals in our area of benefit (5 mile radius of the Guildhall).  However, much of our property, particularly the C19th Bridge Chambers and Bridge Trust Hall are in need of renovation and provision must be made for this.  Nevertheless the Bridge Trust will continue to make grants on a limited basis for those most in need.
